Our Opportunity
We have an opportunity available for a permanent, full-time, B2B Brand Manager, E-Commerce within our Marketing team in our Thorold main office and distribution centre. The role combines the ownership of brand positioning and identity with the responsibility of managing our websites and key data analytics. The individual in this role has a strong background in B2B marketing driving lead generation, brand management, a solid understanding of e-commerce principles, and the ability to leverage data analytics to drive business growth. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the wholesale division Sales team, shaping our brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and optimizing the online customer experience.
What you will do:
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand positioning and identity that resonates with our target audience.
- Define and execute the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels, including copywriting for website, social media and email platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and planning for integrated marketing approach, including product callouts, promotions, and campaigns.
- Develop and execute brand communication plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
- Coach, lead and manage team members
- Plan and manage brand marketing budgets, working in partnership with Finance team.
E-commerce Website Management:
- Oversee management and optimization of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with web development team to implement design changes, new features, and functionality enhancements.
- Continuously monitor website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user behaviour to drive improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing and user research to enhance website's usability and customer journey.
- An understanding of UX/UI and proficiency in Adobe XD to help create visually appealing enhancements to webpages.
Campaign Management and Data Analytics:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B lead generation strategies leveraging Salesforce as the primary platform.
- Implement lead qualification processes within Salesforce, ensuring Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are accurately identified and passed to sales.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows and automation in Salesforce to ensure leads progress through the sales funnel effectively.
- Work with media partner to manage budgets, optimize spend and continually evaluate cost-effectiveness of different lead generation channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales team to define lead qualification criteria and optimize lead scoring models.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and inform decision-making.

The experience and education we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proven B2B marketing experience, including Salesforce and e-commerce.
- Strong grasp of brand strategy and go-to-market calendars
- Knowledge of e-commerce principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Familiarity with website management platforms and content systems.
- Google Analytics proficiency for actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Results-focused and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Prioritize, assess, and make timely, clear decisions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes on extra responsibilities as needed.
- HTML and CSS experience is a plus.

This is an onsite position at our Thorold office and distribution centre.
