Job description

Freight Forwarding industry focusing North American Shipments, seeking a Dispatcher / Carrier Relations to handle all bookings of inbound and outbound deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Support all accounts assigned to you, continue to develop and maintain close relationships with the clients and carriers
- Find the best carriers for the customers and controlling the carriers costs
- Direct Managing/handling evening /week-end calls, monitor shipments from shipper to consignee
- Support in customs clearances and any problems that may arise

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English and French

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook /Word/Excel)
- Canada/US Geography is an asset
- Posses strong attention to detail and organizational skills
