Job description
Are you driven to improve New Orleans? Have a degree in public policy or want to try and move things to a better place? This position is for somebody that wants to manage citizens fighting for a better city using new software that we make to break through old government logjams.
The Wisdom Foundation is a new tech company founded by one of New Orleans’ most successful entrepreneurs. The City of New Orleans needs help fixing its infrastructure, and that’s the first project of this job. We’re doing it as an independent partner organization that can move fast and operate at entrepreneurial speed. We have full support of the mayoral administration and are partnering with the City of New Orleans.
You need:
This is a startup, and we’re all about the mission. Right now, that covers everything from potholes to water and related problems. To address this, we are building software that is much easier to use than current city software in order to manage infrastructure and processes.
