Job Description
Under the direction of the home care manager, the clinical cooordinator: ensures the provision of safe, comprehensive care in multiple work sites, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication within a large geographic area (both urban and rural).
Job Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Experience 3 years recent experience in community nursing and at least two years of broad generalist nursing experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
