Express Employment Professionals Calgary South is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our reputable automotive equipment client in Calgary. Under the coaching and supervision of the Western Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for making quotations, coordinating shipping and installations and providing excellent service to clients. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales calls, emails, and online orders efficiently.
- Identify customer needs by asking targeted questions and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Offer options on various products to align with customer requirements and preferences.
- Follow up with customers on quoted opportunities via outbound sales calls to facilitate closure.
- Coordinate shipping, freight, and installations for customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle back orders effectively, managing communication with customers and coordinating shipping as needed.
- Liaise with freight companies to obtain price quotes and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Coordinate invoicing and provide receipts to customers for completed transactions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to appropriate personnel or technical support for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and support supervisors by assisting with related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in customer service and inside sales roles.
- Must have previous automotive industry experience, preference given to candidates with experience in parts department.
- Essential background in the automotive industry, showcasing familiarity with industry dynamics and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to efficiently manage sales processes and communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and adeptness in account management practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic sales environment.
Job Details:
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Base Salary: $45,000 to $50,000
- Additional Pay: Uncapped Commission + KPI Bonus
- In office position located in the SE of Calgary
