Job description

We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Commercial Lines Broker Marketing Manager.
This is hybrid role - 3 days remote and 2 days in the office

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Broker Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be:
•Leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to support Company’s Commercial Lines divisions.

•Developing marketing strategies and plans that aid in achieving business objectives Lead the development of B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies
•Leading the prioritization and workflow of key marketing initiatives that support both both business divisions
•Creating proposition positioning and key messages to support new and current products and service solutions
•Maintaining relationships with stakeholders across various business channels to share knowledge, ensure alignment, and discover areas and opportunities for growth and efficiencies.
•Managing risk and controls, including the development of new control processes where required.
•Campaign Management and Project Management Skills
•Managing the successul implementation and delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns
•Securing and managing financial and people resources to support campaigns and initiatives
•Preparing and managing project plans, ensuring tasks, timelines, resources and interdependencies are identified and delivered on
•Providing feedback and approvals on all Commercial Lines marketing deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and brand application
•Developing measurement plans, outlining campaign KPIs and reporting requirements, and provide summarized reporting and insights
•Demonstrating superior quality service, professionalism and collaboration with all stakeholders
•Managing stakeholder relationships with Product, Underwriting, Operations and Broker Distribution business partners to ensure projects and initiatives support business needs and the needs of our customers.
•Developing and presenting reports to senior leadership teams.
•Managing relationships with broader Marketing teams, Communications, Translations and Business Development teams to ensure marketing messages and brand elements are consistenty implemented throughout all tactics and deliverables
•Managing vendor and agency partners as needed

Qualifications
•Knowledge of Commercial Insurance within Canada
•Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
•Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem solving and decision making skills.
•Strong attention to detail and analytic skills.
•Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
•Experience with CMS systems, including Adobe Experience Manager, is a strong asset.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a number of competing priorities.
•Marketing or Business Degree/Diploma (University/College)
•7+ years marketing campaign/project management experience
•7+ years of agency or financial industry experience
•3+ years of people management experience
•Strong understanding of marketing and performance metrics (online and offline),
•Excellent negotiation skills
•Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
•Works well under pressure
•Advanced verbal and written communication abilities
•Strategic thinker willing to share ideas and help shape solutions
•Superb time management skills
•Ability to problem solve and deal effectively and efficiently with others
