Your new company  

Our client is an established and well-respected Langley-based real estate developer. Since inception in 2001, the company has established a reputation synonymous with craftsmanship, collaboration and community. The team develops residential, office/industrial and commercial properties across the Fraser Valley, Metro Vancouver, Okanagan Valley and Oregon. The portfolio includes a variety of market, rental and income producing properties. The company has a considerable project inventory with over 1700 units at various stages of the development cycle. The team is made up of fun-loving professionals who are dedicated to their work, their families and the Fraser Valley. The company is entering an exciting period of growth. This includes having recently located to a modern, newly built office they have developed close to Highway 1 in Langley.

Your new role  

You will initially be focused on the preconstruction and execution of wood frame multifamily projects located in Abbotsford and Coquitlam. There are other comparable projects under development that will begin construction in 2024. The intention is to hire a capable person that can execute projects to a high standard. The role will entail working closely with the Director of Construction and will offer considerable opportunity for continued professional development. 

What you'll need to succeed  

To be considered for this role, you must be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative. Candidates for consideration should have 5+ years of local relevant industry experience and education (e.g. Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering). It is essential that candidates have experience managing wood frame multifamily residential projects. People from both a General Contractor and Developer/Builder background will be considered. We require someone that takes pride in forging and maintaining positive relationships with trades.
