Job description

Regina Maintenance Plus has a position available for a Service Writer/Advisor to join our growing and expanding  business. We have industry leading trucks, technology, tools, and experts in the vehicle maintenance industry committed to helping you develop your career.

Location: 2 Journeyman Ave., RM of Edenwold, North on Range Road 2185 off Hwy# 46

Minimum 1-2 years experience in Heavy-duty Truck/Trailer, Service Advisor, and Customer Service.

Duties include and are not limited to:
Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
Sharing product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build existing and new business.
Providing service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be done on customer vehicles, finalizing sales and completing customer follow up.
Scheduling customer appointments.
Recommending services to customers.
Ensuring all products are billed accurately to the customer.
Completing proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service received.
Data input onto work orders.

Requirements:
Written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills; typing, email, transferring files.
Dedicated and friendly.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Working in a team atmosphere.
Mechanical knowledge is an asset.
1A license is an asset but not required.
