Job description

Our client a solid company part of a group that oversees hundreds of plants across the world is looking for an accounting analyst, familiar full cycle accounting, to participate in accounting operations and look for opportunities to automate and improve will analyzing results.
As an accounting analyst, you will help guide this business into the next phase of its growth and automation phase while supporting the reporting function and the accounting policies. salary scale of $75-85K
**Only local Region candidates will be considered**

Responsibilities
Transaction Analysis: Review and analyze financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and systems, propose solutions for streamlining workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.


Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Internal Controls: Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

System Maintenance: Serve as a primary contact for accounting software systems, performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT or external vendors for system upgrades and enhancements.

Data Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis of financial data to support management decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights into business performance.

Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in accounting operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and IT, to support business initiatives, resolve issues, and implement system integrations or upgrades.

Qualifications
We are looking for an accountant with 4-5 yr of experience.
Min Bachelor in Accounting
Bilingual ( strong englihs required for the reporting )
experiecn with an ERP such as : Sage 100, Netsuite, Dynamics)
must be curious and have a process improvement mindset
