Job description
Are you our next Paid Digital Specialist?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- You have 2+ years of experience in paid digital marketing and are experienced with digital marketing ad buying platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You also are experienced with pixel setup and product catalogues
- You understand key performance metrics against diverse marketing goals, and how to apply those KPIs to paid execution
- You have a broad understanding of how seasonal and cultural events impact shoppers, and the ability to proactively plan and pivot to meet these opportunities
- You are detail oriented and able to keep track of complex campaign executions while meeting launch deadlines
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
- Your passion for work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
