Job Summary:
As a Bike Park Trail Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and development of our bike park trails, ensuring they are safe, enjoyable, and sustainable for riders of all skill levels.

Job Responsibilities:
Trail Maintenance:
Inspecting trails for signs of erosion, damage, or other hazards.
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as clearing debris, repairing trail surfaces, and trimming vegetation to ensure trails are safe and accessible.
Installing and maintaining signage, markers, and trail features to provide clear navigation and enhance rider experience.
Trail Construction and Development:
Assisting in the design and construction of new trails and features, including berms, jumps, drops, and technical features.
Using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment (where appropriate) to build and shape trails according to specifications and safety standards.
Implementing erosion control measures and sustainable trail-building practices to minimize environmental impact.
Safety and Risk Management:
Identifying potential safety hazards on trails and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Ensuring all trail features and structures meet industry safety standards and are regularly inspected for structural integrity.
Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents to bike park management in a timely manner.
Be responsible for implementing and practicing safety throughout each and every day.
Environmental Stewardship:
Demonstrating a commitment to environmental stewardship by practicing Leave No Trace principles, minimizing disruption to wildlife habitats, and preserving the natural beauty of the park.
Participating in conservation initiatives, habitat restoration projects, and community outreach efforts to promote environmental sustainability and responsible recreation.

Job Requirements :
Experience with trail maintenance, construction.
Knowledge of mountain biking, trail design principles, and safety standards.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment (training provided as necessary).
Physical fitness to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with diverse groups of people.
Passion for mountain biking
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
