Job description

Calling all millwrights looking to work a continental schedule, allowing you 7 out of 14 days off in a 2 week period!

Our client, an extremely reputable employer in Burlington, is looking for a millwright to join their experienced and tenured team. If you have experience in a packaging environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
-Work along side maintenance team repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting plant equipment
-Conduct preventative maintenance and semi-yearly shutdowns
-Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on equipment in an efficient manner
-Basic welding, machining, and plumbing as needed
-Duties as other wise assigned

Qualifications
-433A millwright

-Completion of Ontario Apprenticeship program
-Minimum 2 years experience in a packaging environment
-Experience with robotics and PLCs an asset (basic troubleshooting)
-Experience with pumps and power systems an asset

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE ROTATING BETWEEN DAYS AND NIGHTS:
Week 1: S on, M, T off, W TH on, F S off
Week too: S off, M, T on, W, TH off, F, S on
