Call Center Agent

We are currently looking for a Call Center Agent for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

6month contract.

Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).

Weekday schedule: rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm.

Hybrid work: 2 remote days 3 office days.

Responsibilities:

Provide "firstinclass" service to our customers/brokers by addressing billing telephone inquiries in a professional timely and courteous manner.

Manage a minimum of 70 calls daily.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with our brokers and underwriters on billingrelated matters.

Act as Company Ambassadors supporting inbound insurance/claims inquiries from customers with accurate and efficient triage to the appropriate team for further assistance.

Communicate clearly effectively and empathetically to customers through telephony and electronic means such as email resolving issues and describing various programs/services available to our customers.

Interpret and identify the customer s needs responding appropriately and professionally.

Systematically obtain relevant information to provide a seamless interaction with our customers when supporting their inquiries.

Take ownership of customer relations through service and a commitment to follow through.

What you will need to succeed:

Customer Service experience preferably in a call center environment.

12 years of experience in a contact center environment.

Ability to multitask in a fastpaced space.

Quick to adapt to an evolving surrounding.

Proficiency in word processing excel and various webbased programs/Windows applications.

Analyze and resolve customer concerns (problemsolving skills).

Professional telephone/email talent and etiquette.

Clear and concise supportive communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Bilingual French knowledge an asset.

Attendance and punctuality are imperative.
