Job description

This is a contract position for a Software Developer - ETL for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Twelve Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
Assist with the design and configuration of the cloud infrastructure to optimally support IDMC.
Mentor and support our ETL developers in their transition to IDMC.
Help with the ETL code conversion from legacy Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC;
Help with ETL processes optimization and propose and implement technical solutions whenever Powercenter code is not supported in IDMC;
Be the main support point for any issues faced by the team which requires advanced IDMC knowledge.
Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed.

Qualifications
Solid ETL experience 8 to 10 years
Informatica (10+ years) and AWS (5+ years) experience

Design, build and tune ETL/ELT solutions on-premises (Informatica Powercenter) and on-cloud (Informatica IDMC.
