If so, we are actively recruiting for one inside sales superstar to work with one of our clients in Moncton NB. This position is currently a contract to hire role; meaning its a contract of 6 months but the right fit has a strong chance of a permanent role.

As an Inside Sales Representative you are an essential part of the team! You are a main point of contact for the customer, whether it be on the phone or at the service counter. You will both closely with our inside and outside sales teams daily. You’ll know all about what we sell, know what we have on hand, and go the extra mile to get what isn't in stock. You’ll take their order accurately and help them get on their way. So, if you have experience, self motivated, and enjoy being busy, friendly, and efficient, then maybe this is the perfect job for you

Responsibilities
•Promoting & Selling value added products and services

•Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone
•Taking orders and relaying information to customers
•Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status
•Participate in basic accounts receivable tasks, including credit check and collection calls
•General administrative duties in a computerized environment

Qualifications
Self motivated & great at multi-tasking
Proven experience in Sales or customer service environment.
Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create business relationship.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Being Bilingual is a strong asset (English/French)
