Job description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to nurture client relationships and serve as their primary contact. This role entails understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns while fostering strong connections. Additionally, you will identify avenues for expanding business with existing clients, providing product demonstrations, and delivering client and end-user training. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a background in full-cycle sales, and the ability to cultivate robust relationships.

Responsibilities
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
-Stay updated on the latest company products, services, and market trends.
-Gain insight into customer needs to offer appropriate recommendations and product presentations.
-Expand business with existing clients and seek out areas for improvement to meet sales targets and revenue expectations.

-Engage in prospecting and business development activities, including cold calling, client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
-Oversee and execute plans for Sales, Service, IT Services, Managed Print Services, Marketing, Profit, expenses, and growth across all product lines.
-Utilize internal sales databases to ensure accurate account information, track activities, and gather competitive intelligence.
-Maintain regular communication with customers to address concerns and deliver outstanding service.
-Achieve revenue targets by promoting office equipment and software solutions within designated territories.
-Generate forecast reports as needed to summarize prospective results for management.
-Collaborate with sales teams and key stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and stay abreast of company products, processes, compliance, and recommendations.

Qualifications
-Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in product, software solutions, and services.
-Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
-Strong presentation skills.
-Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with sales teams and stakeholders.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools.
-Capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
-Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
