Position TitleScheduling Coordinator

Position Summary

Do you have experience with timetables and data analysis? Are you looking to join a team that embodies Red Deer Polytechnic values? The Enrolment Management team welcomes you as their new term-certain, part-time Scheduling Coordinator.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, management and maintenance of course (Credit and Trades) timetable development, space utilization, as it pertains to the academic and non-academic timetables, as well as examination scheduling. The Scheduling Coordinator works in collaboration with the Student Records Office, Facilities Booking Office, Campus Management, IT Services, Admission, Registration, Information Services, Centre for Teaching and Learning, Institutional Research as well as the Schools to implement and maintain the scheduling system.

The incumbent must handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment, within strict timelines and is open to constant challenge and change. A high degree of technical knowledge, problem solving, initiative, independence of action and ability to achieve results under deadlines is required.

SalaryStarting at $37.23 per hour

Benefits and Compensation Information

An additional 15% of the hourly rate in lieu of vacation, statutory holidays and benefits.
