The Opportunity

A well-established manufacturing plant, with a history of providing high-quality label solutions to their clients, are currently looking for an ink technician. As an Ink Technician at our client’s label manufacturing plant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of their products. You will work closely with their production team and be responsible for managing ink systems, color matching, and maintaining a smooth workflow. This role is perfect for someone who is meticulous, reliable, and has a strong technical background in ink and printing.

Position Description

• Prepare and mix ink formulations to precise color specifications
• Perform ink quality checks and adjustments as needed
• Monitor and maintain ink inventory levels
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of print products
• Assist in troubleshooting printing issues related to ink quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience

3 to 5 years of Ink Technician experience in a print manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ink systems and color matching
• Technical knowledge of printing machinery and equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
