WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Account Executives are masters at making connections quickly, identifying decision-makers, overcoming objections, and closing the deal!
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Focus on building relationships with prospects to highlight the value of our product aligned to their business needs.
- Proactively reach out to organizations across Canada to show them the HRdownloads difference and how you can save them time and money.
- Conduct daily web-based demonstrations to business owners, HR professionals, and Executives from the comfort of your workspace.
- Be cheered on by sales leaders and a team who support your success so that you can achieve endless possibilities with our uncapped commission plan!
Requirements
You are a sales professional who:
- Has at least 3 years of inside sales experience.
- Has successfully completed a bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Is passionate about sales and driving new client acquisitions.
- Understands the importance of maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Can tackle objections with ease and loves to close the deal.
- Has a clear track record of exceeding expectations and sales targets.
- Has a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Is highly skilled at collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation.
- Is an excellent communicator, being able to actively listen to pinpoint opportunities while clearly articulating our value in the Canadian marketplace.
- Is ambitious, confident, competitive, and coachable.
- Is organized and can manage your time wisely.
- Is highly self-motivated with a passion to continue to progress and grow.
