We are currently hiring an Customer Service Administrator for a well-established manufacturing company in Milton. This role will provide administrative support to the application engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing back ground with strong communication skill and experience collaborating with multiple departments.. A great attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are required for this role.

Advantages

- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- $22/hr - $24/hr based on level of experience

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the application engineering team and collaborating with procurement and aftermarket teams
- Updating and entering detailed technical data and order information into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
- Engage with external and internal clients to get required documentation and provide status updates
- Assist with coordinating and creating documents for project bids and submittal approval
- Communicate with various internal departments and support them with administrative tasks
- Adhere to all operating procedures and instructions for technical document submissions
- Other administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications
- Previous experience in pump and mixer manufacturing is an asset and manufacturing experience is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Dynamic 365 is an asset)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work as a team and collaborate with multiple department
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
