Payroll Administrator Responsibilities: - Responsible for all payroll and billing administration and will work collaboratively with Account managers, Relationship Managers, Recruiting, and Scheduling.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable wages Enter pay adjustments (pay increase, expenses, allowances
- Create and update employee information
- Create manual invoices for customers with special requirements
- Coordinates billing for services rendered and attaches required reports
- Generates credits Payroll Administrator
Payroll Administrator Qualifications:- Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills
- Previous billing or payroll experience
- Excellent skills using MS word and Excel
- Degree in Business Administration/Finance required Accounting degree preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
