Opportunity
PCRS seeks an experienced Shift Lead for the 1.1.2., a 24 hour, 30 bed, youth transitional housing program in Surrey. The successful applicant will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing leadership, mentorship to staff and direct care support to youth participating in the program
This position involves supporting staff on shift, crisis management, direct care to program participants, and providing coverage for team lead. The Shift Lead supports, mentors, and provides learning opportunities for staff on shift. Shift Leads also provides one-on-one support, transition planning and leads group activities including social recreation, meetings, and unit checks
The successful applicants will bring their passion for supporting youth in housing, leadership skills and desire to be a part of a large team to the role

This position supports teams who work in the evenings and on weekends. There will be on-call work, evening, and weekend work. The position is an on-site position and not available for a remote or hybrid work arrangements.
