Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Data and AI seeks a Product Manager to join our Canada-based Data Fabric team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of data and AI technology through the development and execution of our product roadmap, working to accelerate the adoption and usage of our products as the primary technical evangelist for our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for our data integration product portfolio, working cross-functionally to drive both internal and external education, engagement, and adoption of our products
- Help to create repeatable assets for sales reps like demo scripts, videos, guides, etc
- Understand customer needs and market trends to prioritize requirements alongside other product owners and deliver outcome-based roadmaps
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work with engineering, business development, sales, and marketing to bring products to market
- Develop innovative solutions that solve customer problems
- Contribute to the product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Track product performance and metrics

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the data and AI space.
- Understanding of product roadmaps, end-to-end lifecycles, release cadence, and support.
- Experience in customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- A deep passion for innovation and creating data-backed solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Familiarity with data platforms, AI solutions, and enterprise software.
- Experience in product management, preferably in the data and AI space.
Other Relevant Job Details
Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions.
