Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Duration : Permanent
Location: Montreal West Island (Pointe Claire)
Work mode: Hybrid
Salary: 52 to 58 K depending on experience
Work schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will..:
Process accounts receivable collections
Persuade customers that debt is due and payable
Make payment arrangements and maintain files
Communicate with customers for various file needs

Prepare account statements as well as certain daily, weekly and monthly reports
Answer telephone calls and e-mails
Provide internal partners with all requested and relevant information in a prompt and professional manner

Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in accounting or related discipline
Fluency in French and English
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
2 years' experience in a similar position
3 to 5 years accounting experience
Accuracy, meticulousness and attention to detail
Good judgment, respect for customers and discretion
Demonstrate versatility, flexibility and a good sense of organization and priorities
Ability to work well under pressure and respond to a high volume of client files
Knowledge of SAP software (asset)
