The Sales Administrator reports directly to the Sales Administrative Supervisor. The position is based out of our Head Office in Sherwood Park. The role is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales Department including customer rate management, internal customer relationship management, and administrative duties. Additionally, the role assists the Accounting & Operations’ departments with the application of customer charges and the investigation of invoicing discrepancies & payment issues.
