The Variable Compensation (VC) team’s primary goal is to pay plan participants the right amount at the right time while ensuring compliance with plan provisions and company policies.
The VC team collaborates with their partners in HR, Finance, and the business to produce innovative and scalable variable compensation solutions that support future growth. They contribute to the plan design process and manage the applicable systems and processes to ensure that the agreed outcome can be executed and administered effectively and efficiently.
