Are you a dedicated and passionate family law lawyer? Pihl Law Corporation is seeking a talented Family Law Associate to join our dynamic team in the heart of Kelowna. As a 3 - 5 year call, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping clients navigate through the complexities of family law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations, providing expert legal advice and guidance.
• Skillfully draft a range of documents including agreements, pleadings, and court submissions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating a deep understanding of family law.
• Advocate for dispute resolution processes that prioritize the well-being of families.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience practicing family law.
• Proven expertise in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court.
• Strong commitment to the ethical practice of law and the welfare of clients.
• A current member of the Law Society of BC (or eligible to become a member).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
