Reporting to the Vice President, People, The Manager, Safety & Wellness is accountable for developing, leading, and administering ROBINSON’s safety and wellness programs. This role involves developing workplace health and safety policies, processes and procedures aligned with provincial standards across western Canada, as well as developing innovative wellness solutions to support injury prevention and monitoring. The successful candidate will bring a professional polish to programs while also demonstrating the ability to roll up their sleeves and develop a trusting connection with our teams– whether it’s leading a session on safe lifting, completing an audit, or designing a wellness program. What you will do:
About you:
ROBINSON values your experience and recognizes the contributions you make to the success of our business. Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role. In BC, employees in this position can expect to earn $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, annual profit share, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
