HR Generalist
Our client in downtown Calgary is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, with a primary focus on corporate services.
Your success will be defined by your ability to: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain records management on department intranet site.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned.
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy when dealing with key stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison for office vendors.
- Responsible for facilitating the talent acquisition process through coordination, reporting, logistics, and assisting to attract and review suitable candidates.
- Promote the Enterprise through all stakeholder interactions.
- Assist with grant applications, training records, and performance tracking.
Your strengths include: - Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
- Maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
