Responsibilities

Supervise Production, Maintenance, and Warehouses to meet customer needs, aligning with personnel availability and production schedules.
Lead health, safety, and quality assurance, ensuring a safe working environment.
Manage the development, implementation, and management of systems, including audits and compliance.
Enhance performance through employee development, preventive maintenance, process improvement, and implementation of investment projects.
Manage budgeting and costs.
Guide and inspire employees to maximize their potential.
Manage HR functions: hiring, training, coaching, performance management, communications, and rewards.
Support ongoing projects and the development of capital projects.
Effectively plan production based on orders and schedules.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
10 to 15 years of experience as a plant director or in similar responsibilities.
Experience in a factory producing processed food under federal inspection and HACCP, an asset.
Mastery of continuous improvement principles (PDCA, 5 Whys, SMED, Kaizen, Lean, Pareto).
Effective leadership, management, coaching, and training skills.
Skills in diagnosing and problem-solving.
Excel in a progressive and dynamic environment.
Achievements demonstrating change management and increased productivity.
Bilingualism (English/French).
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, SAP, and production management software.
Availability for production support, including weekends and evenings.
