We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
This is Onsite role

Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities will be:
•Leading and developing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
•Delivering high quality support across all levels of positions and advance the Company Canada brand across all markets and professional communities

•Partnering with colleagues, leadership and hiring managers to facilitate full-cycle recruiting efforts for all roles, including identifying skills and knowledge requirement, sourcing candidates and facilitating the offer process.
•Proactively source candidates, identify recruitment and talent needs, implement workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
•Developing an effective pipeline of external talent and actively maintains engagement of the pipeline
•Sourcing proactively and developing applicant pools including diverse segments through the use of personal networks, job websites and professional/college/community relationships and candidates
•Recruiting and sourcing for a variety of professional positions, ensuring the best candidates are selected and both internal and external hires meet the qualifications and proficiencies required for the position
•Using standard methodologies and selection strategies, marketing and social tools, career sites, programs and external vendors to attract candidates
•Identifying capability and potential by conducting leader interviews
•Crafting outreach online campaigns designed to increase the candidate pipeline into Company’s interview cycle
•Working with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed via the appropriate criteria
•Building and maintaining strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, as well as People Team members to build partnerships that yield success, predictable results, and credibility.
•Informing of trends, innovative recruiting techniques and standard methodologies in order to be an industry leader, and ensure we are hiring for the future
•Analyzing employment metrics and trends to proactively respond to recruiting and retention needs in the organization and drive future decisions
•Ensuring we are attracting a diverse slate of candidates
•Using feedback to build a profound candidate experience
•Reviewing and analyzing recruitment metrics
•Managing recruitment volume and business needs
•Evaluating and recommending recruitment methods to ensure efficiency in process
•Managing external vendor relationships, including the relationship with Company’s contingent workforce provider
•Ensuring all risks and controls within the Talent Acquisition Function are assessed and up to date

Qualifications
•Demonstrated ability in corporate recruiting. Prior experience in recruiting for entry and professional level positions (5+ years)
•Previous experience in leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
•Solid knowledge of provincial legislation governing employee recruitment, selection, and hiring
•Leadership experience
•Demonstrable ability to recruit for a range of positions
•Strong search skills including Boolean search
•Demonstrable experience to recruit on a national, multi-location level
•Ability to work in shared service/matrix model
•Experience working with Application Tracking Systems
•Education/experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree/university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•Extensive knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle
•Ability to meet targets, and be adaptable and flexible
•Must have strong initiative and excellent judgment skills/abilities
•Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset
•Financial services type industry
•Workday experience is a plus
