Job description
We are seeking an experienced Rewards and Benefits Manager to join our dynamic HR team and own PVcase global Rewards and Benefits function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. As a senior-level professional, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our organization's compensation and benefits strategy.
Develop and implement a competitive compensation strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry.
Building international job family architecture, salary ranges & standard process setup.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits offerings based on industry trends and employee feedback, as well evaluate possible changes to benefit providers.
Lead the annual salary review process, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and merit increase recommendations, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with leadership to allocate and administer merit increases and bonuses effectively and in line with the goal of building a high performing organization.
Collaborate with HR business partners, senior management, and finance to design and implement annual compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
Support the annual budgeting process by providing data and insights related to compensation costs and trends.
Stay ahead of changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in compensation and benefits practices.
Implement governance mechanisms to monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services related to benefits administration and compensation benchmarking.
Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate changes in compensation and benefits programs to employees.
Experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably within the start ups (having experience with US market would be a big plus)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
In-depth knowledge of job evaluation processes, salary structures, and international compensation practices.
Familiarity with benefits administration and a track record of improving and managing employee benefits programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management and budget control.
Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
