Job description

The main mission of this position is to administer customer files related to industrial gas supplies, general merchandise and services.

The person in this role will work closely with team members to resolve issues and develop new strategies to improve business efficiency.

The offices are located in Anjou.

- Present in the office for 3 days, teleworking for 2 days.
- Permanent position of 40 hours per week in Anjou

- Option 1: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Option 2: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Salary $55,000-60,000
- 3 weeks of annual leave.
- Annual bonus of 5-7%.

Responsibilities
-Prepare, type, review and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and other related documents.

-Performs all data entry required for delivery notes, deposit slips, billing etc.

-Corrects the data entered in the system.

-Produces reports, performs calculations with Excel software, and ensures regular verification of open orders.

-Provides information to the team as needed.

-Performs all steps necessary for invoicing using the systems or tools in place.

Qualifications
- College diploma in administration or a related field.

- Mastery of Google Suite software.
- Excellent skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in French and English.

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
