Job description

Costa Sorrento is currently hiring on full-time bases. 2 Chef de partie.

Position: Chef de Partie Grill and pasta Section

We do house: Homemade pasta and sauce, bread, pizza, desserts, and gelato.

Qualifications: 

• Must have culinary school background
• Experience in Italian-European fine dining restaurants
• with experience in sautéed pasta, and grilling on fish and meats.
