High Tech Genesis is seeking a PCB Designer to join our team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the 6th Generation Guided Missile Flight Computer.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create schematic designs and layout for PCBs using industry-standard software.
- Conduct testing and validation of PCB prototypes to ensure functionality and performance.
- Optimize PCB designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate PCB designs into the overall system architecture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PCB design technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design for complex electronic systems.
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, power distribution, and EMI/EMC considerations in PCB design.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in PCB layout and manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
