What we are looking for:

- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, coupled with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work on-site in Gatineau, committing to 40 hours per week.
- Must be bilingual (speaking, reading and writing) to communicate with clients across Canada.

Job description:

- Collaborate with the technician supervisor to efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for diverse job assignments, including start-ups, repairs, warranties, and maintenance tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, direct technical questions, and coordinate job assignments.
- Maintain open communication with customers for scheduling start-ups and ensure follow-up on ongoing or completed jobs.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in preparing work orders, managing local office accounts receivable functions, and facilitating the warranty administration process.
- Act as the front line of customer interaction by answering phones, greeting customers, and assisting new hires in completing onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain logs, enter information into the Enterprise Resource System, and ensure proper filing of associated paperwork.
- Play a crucial role in maintaining office filing systems and equipment.
- Contribute to the company's success in a vibrant work environment.
