Position: Customer Specialist
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $55K per year

Work with one of the top fashion manufacturers with show rooms in New York, Montreal. They need to add to their team a new member. You would be part of the team that deals with their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process new orders
- Follow up on customers
- Create and update reports relating to daily sales
- Provide general support to customers in the form of advice, recommendations and information that will enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Interact with other departments including production, customer service, shipping, accounts receivable and outside sales staff in order to provide timely and quality service to customers
- Meet and greet walk-in customers
Ideal candidate: - Enjoy fashion
- Excellent communication
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel/Word)
- Experience with EDI order processing
- At least 2 years of experience
