Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Title: Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Job Status: Full-Time Contract

Job Summary

The Bilingual Direct Order Customer Experience Specialist is the first line of support for customer’s acquiring products or services from our organization. You will work closely with various departments to minimize delays throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to various teams, Sales Representatives, Leasing, RP Desk, Finance, Warehouse and Dealers.
• Order Processing, Allocation of stock, and tracking backorders.
• Coordinate with Service Managers on installation of Equipment.
• Coordinate the removal of old equipment.
• Communicate with dealers on inter-territorial orders going into their servicing area.
• Enter Contracts in CRM for Service billing.
• Maintain & Update CRM Contracts.
• Auditing of Leasing requirements, price validation and funding by 3rd party institution.
• Process Financing options and vetting customers: Credit Checks, Legal Name and total cost of ownership to check deal viability.
• Address sales requests and respond in a timely manner.
• Assist RP desk/billing team with general contract inquiries.
• Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner.
• Other duties as required by the Manager.

Qualifications

Must have:

• 1-3 years of experience working in a fast paced, sales driven customer service/administrative role.
• Bi-lingual (French/English) both understanding/speaking and reading/writing.
• SAP Experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in Logistics.
• CRM Experience.
• SalesForce Experience.
