Under the responsibility of the Manager of Business Development, the position holder fulfills the responsibilities linked to sales and representation of his territory.
- Is responsible of the territory growth, sales budget and business management of the designated territory, consistent with corporation objectives through special presentations of current and new products on the market.
- Is responsible for representing the company with big box stores
- Is responsible for product training, communications with clients regarding technical matters on products, does complaint resolution and influences buying decisions of the customers.
- Is responsible to present a written report to the management on the activities of the territory and provides market intelligence.
- Does cold call activities or market solicitation on a regular basis.
- Responsible to provide company with feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas.
- Participates in the development of new products with the Product Managers.
- Does any other related tasks
You will need:
- 5 years of experience in installation and/or estimating/project management is a must.
- Can do product training at a professional level
- Mathematical aptitude
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must
