The Right Candidate
This is an in-office position. Venture is searching for an individual to work side by side with the President and to join our small and growing team to build our entrepreneurial business.
This individual should have the following attributes and skills:
· To learn, build and grow with the President and the business with a focus on new client acquisition and building revenue.
· Learn to perform and supervise core operational duties to provide additional depth to the team where needed, especially quoting, customer relations and account management.
· Have excellent communications and presentation skills. (verbal and written)
· Be able to ‘read the room’- i.e. assess the situation and respond appropriately.
· Ability to build, strengthen and manage key relationships with our key accounts
· Enjoys the opportunity to work on special projects in different areas of our business e.g. social media strategy, key account acquisition strategy and operational efficiencies.
· Good working knowledge of social platforms.
· A future leader with a strong sense of Teamwork and Collaboration.
· Wants to be a key part of the company’s future i.e. grow with the company.

The starting compensation for the position will be based on your experience and will fall within the range of $65,000 to $75,000 per annum, complemented by a generous metric and merit-based bonus structure.
