Job description
You have an important role within Heat and Control as a purchaser. In this commercial position you are responsible for optimizing and maintaining contact with suppliers, both national and international. In your role you analyze your work and do your administration.
Within your role you will have contact with a diversity of stakeholders, like suppliers, customers, but also a diversity of international relations both internal as external. You are proactive in your role and keep track of what is needed to be successful, if you miss something to do your work you will ask and find solutions.
Als Inkoper heb je een belangrijke rol binnen Heat and Control B.V. In deze commerciële functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder optimaliseren en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers zowel nationaal als internationaal. Verder maak je ook analyses en verzorg je je eigen administratie.
In jouw rol krijg je te maken met een grote diversiteit aan stakeholders: leveranciers, opdrachtgevers, maar ook een diversiteit van interne relaties. Jij pakt de leiding, behoudt overzicht over wie wat doet en bent niet bang om na te jagen wat jij nodig hebt!
You are responsible for purchase prices, main-, and delivery conditions

Purchase of complete installations for diverse projects
Inkoop van complete machines voor de projecten
Purchase of machine parts for current projects and for our service and spare parts department

Procurement of office supplies
Inkoop van benodigdheden voor kantoor
Organizing and purchasing the national and international transports
Organiseren en inkopen van de transporten, zowel internationaal en nationaal
You actively seek for new and improved solutions, and you implement them

You maintain the relationships with current and new suppliers, and you analyze their service

You purchase good/machinery from suppliers

A Higher educational level in commerce
Je beschikt over een afgeronde (commerciële) HBO-opleiding
You have a commercial and result-oriented attitude and could convince others based on your knowledge
Commercieel en resultaatgericht bent en dat je vanuit jouw kennis anderen kunt overtuigen
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and verbal (German as a pre)
Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift (Duits is Pré)
Affinity with technology
