Now, we are partnering with BF&M who is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their team in Dartmouth, NS.
The Benefits Analyst role will have a strong focus on data analytics, pricing, and systems optimization. As a Benefits Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop pricing strategies for our insurance products, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Reporting directly to the Head of Benefits Management, your insights and recommendations will directly impact our ability to deliver competitive insurance products, enhance operational efficiency and contributing to our overall business growth.
