About the role:

We’re seeking an extraordinary Account Coordinator who is passionate, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.

This is an essential role within our agency that will ensure the smooth creation and delivery of great work. This role requires someone who pays great attention to detail and can take clients briefs and can ask the right questions to ensure the success of projects. This role will also be responsible for managing hours, billing, resourcing, timelines, and schedules.

You are confident in dealing directly with smart, highly engaged stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. You’re a project management whiz and understand the importance of process. You’re resourceful and are known for anticipating needs. In this role, you will gain experience collaborating with various internal groups to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

This role will report to the Group Account Director at The&Partnership in Toronto.

Requirements:

• Overall support for your assigned team(s)
• Internal and external coordination with all departments on meetings
• Ensuring that the team is adequately supported via administrative tasks such as; presentation materials, daily client requests, work back schedules, project briefings, contact reports, status updates and trafficking of materials
• Assisting with on-going competitive analysis and developing competitive reviews to be shared with client
• Establishing a good working relationship with the studio team and effectively managing projects through it
• Supporting the creative team, taking notes to distill information and working with the studio and possibly producers to help bring creative concepts to completion
• Financial support, tracking of BCR’s, estimates and invoices, hours tracking and docket management
• Server management and organization
