Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a market leading business based in Sudbury.
The role will report directly to the Finance Director and will work with commerciality across the wider business.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coaching the finance team
- Preparing and reviewing business intelligence reports, to include monthly management information, forecasts, budgets, pricing and KPI’s
- Ensuring full compliance with management and statutory reporting requirements and deadlines, and accounting policies
- Organise and manage the year-end audit
- Identify and drive process improvement and efficiencies
Key skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience with relevant manufacturing experience
- Advanced excel and systems experience
- Excellent communicator
- Professional, with excellent leadership and organisational skills
