Nu Stream Realty focuses on real estate investment, commercial real estate, as well as, strategic marketing planning, investment consulting and real estate licensing training.

The company has successfully established 7 teams, providing services in Toronto GTA and surrounding areas. Additionally, our Commercial Department offers a full range of Sales & leasing services for your property. Also, Nu Stream Commercial provides project marketing services for all of the real estate sectors including industrial, office, retail and residential.

To fuel our growth, Nu Stream Realty is looking for self-motivated and driven individuals that are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing real estate development environment.

Specific Skills
Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities; Provide consulting services to government and other organizations; Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals; Plan development projects; Develop venture capital sources; Develop policies; Develop and implement business plans; Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia; Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers; Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products; Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals; Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles; Conduct analytical marketing studies; Evaluate customer service and store environments; Develop feasibility studies; Develop marketing strategies; Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions; Maintain database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites; Develop portfolio of marketing materials

Salary:$36 to $45 HOUR hourly for 35 hours per week
