Our Client, The Taylor Automotive Group is a reputable group of companies, consisting of four dealerships (Lexus, Toyota, Volkswagen and Audi), with the Regina Toyota location ( as the main corporate office in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As General Manager, you will:
- Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of the Regina Toyota dealership, driving its growth and success as a Customer-centred organization and Employer of choice. Ensure responsibilities and accountabilities are in place from a business, customer sales/service, human resources, financial and technology perspective.
- Lead employees through example, integrity and motivation. Demonstrate and lead on the values of the organization through coaching, development and maximizing employee potential. (Directly reporting to this position are 5 Department Managers and indirectly ~150 employees).
- Be the visionary to plan, implement and achieve corporate strategic goals, in collaboration with the Executive team. Strive for continuous improvement, drive sales growth and profitability, and empower employee teams to achieve career and business success.
- Provide strong financial leadership, and work closely with the Finance/Admin team and Department Managers, in managing budgets and finances, developing policies and cost efficiencies to ensure financial accountability, profitability and integrity of the Dealership.
- Become knowledgeable in the dealership operations and develop a keen strategic vision of the capabilities for continued growth and success. Plan and strive for continuous business improvement, without compromising the ethics and values of the organization.
- Be part of the community, build relationships, promote and identify business solutions that result in customer satisfaction, referrals and service expansion.

Education
A related Degree/Diploma in business administration, finance or marketing is an asset. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience
- A demonstrated background and experience in the automotive or related industry is a key asset.
- 5+ years of sales management, employee leadership, business success. A strong track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth. A strong financial and business acumen is required.
- Experience in and a strong understanding of business processes, systems and technology.
- A willingness to work varied hours from time to time and be available outside of working hours if required to fulfill the position responsibilities.
