Providing support and expertise in asset management, maintenance, and reliability optimization mandates.
Assisting our clients in developing and implementing improvement strategies.
Supporting complex improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Contributing to the successful completion of commissioning mandates.
Collaborating in the development of best practices and methodologies.
Develop and run training courses.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Membership in the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec) as a CPI or Ing. (Professional Engineer).
Strong ability to communicate effectively and facilitate discussions.
Proficient in project and group management.
Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and skilled in content development.
Familiarity with asset management principles, including ISO55000, is advantageous.
Preferred experience and accreditation in reliability-based maintenance (RCM).
CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) accreditation is a plus.
Proficient in using the Office suite.
Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
Willingness to travel outside Montreal and internationally.
