This is an excellent role for a driven and innovative engineering leader. Someone who loves to be in office; leading design, research and development initiatives; all the will building out a motivated engineering department, to meet the growing sales demands. It also allows for some travel from Quebec to Ontario, goal setting and furthering your leadership abilities.
