If this is you, then “Think Dell!” as the Strategic Programs Office is looking for an exceptional individual to serve as a Mission Subject Matter Expert (“MSME”) to enable program business within the Federal Government. With an intense mission focus, the MSME provides executive-level management and leadership of program business and strategic initiatives. They also assist both the customer and account teams with understanding how particular technologies and solutions can optimally enable their mission. MSMEs are customer advocates who achieve transformational business outcomes using disruptive technologies and solutions . What is our team’s secret to success?

Serving as the operational subject matter expert and leveraging your rich operational background and experience to enable program business at a strategic level. This includes developing external relationships, partnerships, and business opportunities amongst the federal customer base.
Assisting government agencies & federal system integrators construct holistic solutions tailored for mission needs & their program objectives.
Leveraging your knowledge of the customer’s mission environment to assist sales and leadership teams with anticipating future customer needs, beyond existing scope of products and services, especially from an operational and transformational perspective.
Preforming critical functions of assisting both customers and the Dell Technologies teams with operational problem solving across a range of sales, delivery, execution, and risk reduction activities.
How your experience will help you hit the ground running:
Significant experience and connections within the DND/Intel mission space to include the leadership levels of the agencies and real-world operational experience in support of services, Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces globally. Typically requires 20+ years of related experience with a Master’s degree.
Must have an active TS clearance or ability to obtain.
Executive management/leadership training; business development experience desired
