Job description
In order to support our growth, we are looking to welcome an Accounting Technician to our team.
The Accounting Technician supports accounting operations necessary for the smooth functioning of the company and achieving its objectives.
Among other responsibilities, the Accounting Technician is expected to:
Produce documents related to fiscal and civil year-end requirements.
Perform general accounting tasks (payroll, deposits, reconciliation, customer-supplier billing, CAR-CAP).
Generate monthly financial reports on operations and ledger entries.
Develop and control annual and monthly budgets.
Track billings and receivables via our project management tool (Scoro) through phone communication or email tools.
Assist project managers in tracking billings, adjustments, and renewals.
Update and improve documentation on operational accounting procedures.
Perform any other related tasks.

College degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of three years in a similar role.
Bilingual with strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written.
Sense of responsibility towards the quality of customer service and priority management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
Professionalism, interpersonal skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.
Adaptability, versatility, flexibility, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
Enjoy working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Good knowledge of Excel and Word software.
